  1. In a stand mixer combine all the ingredients except the mini chocolate chips and almond milk. Mix until combined.
  2. Then add in the mini chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon of almond milk (if needed, see tips).
  3. Roll the dough into small bite size balls and store in an airtight container in the fridge.


To keep these Low FODMAP keep serving size to 3 balls.
